That includes 2x2 squares and circles, 2x1 size rectangles, and that really long bumper sticker art that will print at a quarter of an inch when we set the long side to 2 inches. 2 inch rectangles are pretty small! Art Specs Beginner - Any printable image will work. A skilled graphic designer sets up every job and will send you a proof for approval before production.Art Specs Advanced - 2x2 size vector art or 300 PPI+ raster art in RBG color space. We use Adobe RGB 1998 workflow and expanded gamut printers for this product. Print-ready files are PDF format with a vector based 100% magenta spot-color stroke as the cut path in RGB color mode. A staff designer will set up your order for production and email you a PDF for approval before printing. Turnaround Time - Average orders take about 4 days depending on the volume. Please include your in-hand date in the space provided during checkout. Shapes - Standard shapes include squares, rectangles, circles, and the odd oval or triangle we have from previous jobs. Custom shapes are cut digitally and come with a slight up-charge. Most ovals and rounded corner squares are considered custom shapes.
Vinyl - White is the standard vinyl option. It is 6 mils thick with a permanent adhesive. We also carry removable vinyl, clear, holographic, and glow-in-the-dark. Finish - We use an aqeuous lamination for UV protection. The standard is glossy. You can also select matte finish or uncoated for a satin finish.

Orders of fewer than 500 stickers take an average of 4 business days. You can add an additional day for every 500 stickers in your order. For example 2000 stickers take 7 business days on average. Turnaround times vary depending on our current workload and we are always happy to discuss your specific needs. Rush services are available. At Brick City Printing we hand coat our stickers with a liquid laminate. This has superior bonding to the sticker, protects it from scratching and surface damage, and offers an additional 5-10 years of UV protection to keep your colors from fading when used outdoors. Glossy is our stock finish and is the one we use by default.
The matte finish option has the same bonding properties and UV protection as the glossy finish but with less shine. These stickers are easier to photograph and smooth to the touch.
We print on a 6 mil vinyl that has a matte finish when not coated. We don't recommend uncoated stickers unless you are only using them indoors or need to save some money. Uncoated stickers will last about 5 years in the elements.
Our standard vinyl is 6 mil white vinyl with permenant adhesive. We can print vibrant, full color, long lasting graphics on this vinyl. It is beefier than the vinyl most print shops use, twice as thick, and adheres extremely well to a variety of surfaces. It's fade resistant and weatherproof even without laminate. But we laminate with a glossy finish coating by default.
Removable vinyl has a repositionable adhesive. It is 6 mil white vinyl, the same as the permenant vinyl, just with a removable adhesive.
This raindow effect vinyl reflects all of the colors through your print and looks so cool! We do not print white, so any of the white areas of your graphic will show the holographic effect. It's 6 mil thick and uses permanent adhesive. Holographic vinyl scratches easily so it is not recommended that you get these stickers uncoated. Glossy finish looks best, in our opinion.
We also stock clear vinyl. It's 3 mil thick with permanent adhesive. Spot white printing is available on clear for an extra charge and requires vector art.
